With a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Northeastern University, specializing in Global Talent Management, I am dedicated to advancing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Access, Anti-Racism, and Belonging (DEIAAB) to create inclusive workplaces and foster global collaboration.

In today’s interconnected and rapidly evolving world, cultural intelligence, emotional intelligence, and preparedness for generative AI are no longer optional but essential for organizational success. As a forward-thinking education and HR professional, I aim to guide organizations in navigating cultural dynamics, adopting inclusive practices, and leveraging cutting-edge strategies to develop global talent and optimize organizational performance.

My career reflects a commitment to resilience, adaptability, and the transformative power of education. Beginning as a primary school registrar and progressing to impactful roles in higher education and global workforce strategy, I’ve honed my expertise across diverse settings, from Washington, D.C., to South Africa and at prestigious institutions like Johns Hopkins University, Northeastern University, and Mills College.

As the first college graduate in my family, my journey underscores the profound impact of education and opportunity. Living and traveling abroad has deepened my understanding of global workplace dynamics and the importance of equitable access. These experiences inspire my work to build systems and cultures that amplify diverse voices and empower individuals to thrive.
